Gift Certificates
Any unspent balance will be a donation to the Irish Wolfhound Foundation and a receipt for that amount will be issued for tax purposes.
Shipping
Most items will ship within 3 to 4 days, but please allow up to 2 weeks for normal shipping. You will be advised of the shipping schedule for any back-ordered items. If you need Express Service, please contact Customer Service for pricing and availability.
As a special thank you...IWF Decals and Lapel Pins are shipped prepaid when ordered with other items shipping to the same address.
Due to high shipping costs, orders shipping outside of the Continental U.S. will be charged actual postage charges. We will notify anyone sending in an overseas order prior to shipping with actual rates for approval prior to order fulfillment.
Some items require a shipping or special handling surcharge -- if this is the case, you will be contacted to approve the amount prior to shipping.
